I love colour, no doubt you have realised! I love feeding my creative mindful thoughts with healthy nourishing delights when I know I am creating a happier and healthier lifestyle, oh and longevity!
One of the trends is ‘super-foods’ or ‘juicing’. These ideas and foods have been around for many years, nothing new here! Each individual needs to take charge to be mindful of your own dietary needs as every individuals body responds differently to dietary replenishments. Eating fresh has always been best! I personally believe dreaded sugar, dairy and wheat are bad elements in most peoples dietary needs and it often catches up over the years.
