What is Perfect? Who is Perfect?

WHAT IS PERFECT??….. WHO IS PERFECT??….

Everyone or nearly everybody has the same fears, anxiety, insecurities, health issues and doubt, or have experienced some forms of emotional roller coaster rides. It is just that there are different ways, levels, degrees of behavioural triggers from the inside to the outside. Some may mask and drastically cover up and then there are those that go into the ultimate denial this even exists in life. Sometimes pretending that everything is… ‘fine thanks’, or often the saying is… ‘I am great thanks’. Often the next reaction is to quickly change the subject or their body language becomes defensive. The truth is they are not open to look at themselves or acknowledge that things in their life are a little wobbly. It must be very hard to continue to keep going into denial and to keep covering the reality of situations or issues. For those that keep pushing it away or pushing it down inside, it is actually far more damaging to do this in the long term. 

It must be very hard for some not to be honest and deny themselves of their own true inner emotion and choose not to deal with their own inner feelings. Being honest to yourself, finding the courage and ways to go forward, a solution or resolution is the best form of action to master each and every time. This way you do not store it up, then find yourself exploding when it all boils up and over. Better to vent it to yourself or tell someone that understands and has compassion. Get it off your chest and out. Knowing you have dealt with the issue and put closure to the issue is even better. Done and dusted with that issue, thank goodness!! The reality is, there will always be issues arising, that is life, even when you feel you have had enough lessons, its how you master to deal with them each and every time.

A key tool here for those wanting to be honest with yourself is to take the time to understand your true self and keep mastering your own emotions, feelings and triggers. Whether you feel sad, bad, good, angry, annoyed, messy, unbalanced or indifferent, what is perfect??

Give your mind, heart and soul the freedom to explore the real you and it is healthy to laugh at yourself. It is all about learning, experiences, knowledge and finding your own inner strengths, mastering the triggers as we all grow from life experiences, life challenges and gaining the knowledge along the way.

YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE TODAY, SO BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!!
